STS crane raising at TTIA

The project that began in June 2021 at the TTIA container terminal in the Port of Algeciras to increase the height of five of eight existing quay cranes is nearing completion. Its main aim is to enable the cranes to handle the latest ULCV tonnage by raising their height to 52m, so they can work stacks up to 12 containers high.
