King Ocean buys SEACOR Island Lines

Grupo Mexico Transportes (GMXT), which is Mexico’s largest rail company, has bought 60% of Golfo de Mexico Rail Ferry Holdings, LLC and Rail Ferry Vessel Holdings, and also acquired SEACOR Holdings’ shares in GC Railway LLC, (GCR).

Seacor Holdings, Inc has signed a definitive agreement to sell Inland River Transport Holdings, LLC to Ingram Barge Company, LLC, a division of Ingram Marine Group

US railroad operator Genesee & Wyoming has bought into a rail ferry service between Mexico and the USA that is operated by SEACOR Holdings Inc.
