AP Møller Maersk (APM) has filed an antitrust lawsuit in the US against BNSF Railway Company, CSX Transportation Inc, Norfolk Southern Railway Company, and Union Pacific Railroad Company (UP), alleging price fixing in violation of the Sherman Act.
