Cosco Shipping Holdings (CSH) is to raise up to RMB12.9B (US$2B) by issuing new shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The offer is limited, in that it will only be available to 10 of CSH’s main shareholders, including its parent, China Cosco Shipping Corp (CCSC), which will be offered 50% of the new shares.
