Upgrades for Crowley

Crowley Maritime has laid the keel for the first of two LNGpowered “Commitment class” con-ro ships it is building for the US/Puerto Rico trade. The Jones Act vessels are being built by VT Halter Marine in Pascagoula Mississippi.
