Bolloré Logistics successfully sold to CMA CGM

New African brand for Bolloré
Logistics company Bolloré Group has brought all of its African operations under a single subsidiary, known as Bolloré Africa Logistics (BAL). However, the Bolloré companies already operating in Africa, including Afritramp, Antrak, Saga, SDV, Socopao and Transami, most of which were acquired in the 1980s, will retain their existing names.
