Maersk buys into Höegh Autoliners

AP Møller-Maersk A/S has acquired a 37.5% stake in Höegh Autoliners from Leif Höegh & Co. Simultaneously, Höegh Autoliners has acquired AP Moller-Maersk’s fleet of 18 car carriers (including six newbuildings), which will join its existing fleet under the Höegh Autoliners brand.
