Seedcake guidelines published

The Cargo Incident Notification System (CINS) and the International Group of P&I Clubs have published new guidelines for the carriage of seedcake in containers. This is because of the inherent risk that this type of cargo could heat up and selfcombust. The new advice is intended to ensure that this type of cargo is properly declared and packaged, and then carried safely.
