As part of its preparations for accession to an enlarged European Union, Poland is committed to compliance with the four principal Council Directives governing the transport of dangerous goods, namely the ADR Framework Directive, the Road Transport Checks Directive and two Dangerous Goods Safety Advisers (DGSA) Directives.
