In Ecuador, the Ministry of Transport and Public Works (MTOP) has made available a series of documents to the national Supervisory Commission, which is looking into the concession granted to Chile’s Agunsa (Agencias Universales SA), in respect of the operation of the Port of Manta. The Commission is currently investigating a series of irregularities across a number of such issues countrywide.
