Port of Kiel gets capacity for longer trains

The Port of Kiel’s rail yard at Meimersdorf is now prepared for 740m-long trains, helping to build on the port’s existing niche as a marine gateway for Scandinavia-Germany/Southern European multimodal traffic flows.
