Bangladesh is one of the more difficult markets in SE Asia for port development, but there are signs the government is now moving at a faster pace.

RSGT is set to start operations at the much-anticipated Patenga Container Terminal (PCT) in Bangladesh’s Chittagong Port on June 10.

Abu Dhabi Ports Group has signed an MoU for part of the new Bay Terminal at the port of Chattogram; PSA and DP World are also expected to participate.
