At the end of July, Alfredo Salas, CEO of Costa Rica Shipping Lines and Shipping Agents’ Association (NAVE), complained that one of two new STS container cranes acquired by JAPDEVA, the Moín port authority, had worked properly for only two months since it was commissioned in February this year.
