Expansion at Guayaquil

SAAM Group is investing US$60M in its Ecuadorian concession, Terminal Portuario Guayaquil (TPG), to double capacity. The berth is being extended to 480m, and two STS cranes (60m outreach, 46m lift height) from ZPMC are being added. The footprint has been expanded contiguously by 4.5-ha with the addition of the former Trinipuerto facility.
