SAP plans expansion

The state-owned Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (SAP) has announced a US$300M plan to expand the Cambodian port’s cargo handling capacity. The scheme will involve the construction of a new container handling complex port on reclaimed land just north of the existing port facility.
