ABP acquires 21ha of land at Port of Immingham
NewsAssociated British Ports has acquired 21ha at Port of Immingham, advancing plans for up to 300,000sqft of industrial space or 16 ha of open storage.
Some 12 years after Associated British Ports’ (ABP) plan to develop Dibden Bay, on the western (New Forest) side of Southampton Water, was rejected, following a prolonged inquiry that cost ABP £40M in fees, the scheme at this “strategic land reserve” is back on the table.
