Montevideo five-year plan fuels row

Through an external consultant, Uruguay’s National Ports Administration (ANP) is due to complete a five-year plan for the port of Montevideo by the end of this year. ANP president Alberto Díaz said the plan involves an in-depth analysis of each of the port’s business areas to assess productivity levels.
