DP World bags Berbera

DP World recently signed a Term Sheet Agreement (TSA) with the Government of Somaliland, and it now looks favourite to develop and the run the port of Berbera. The Dubai-based port group has, for several years, been locked in a competitive battle with Bolloré Africa Logistics for a concession at the country’s main maritime gateway.
