The dispute between Terminal Cuenca del Plata (TCP), which is 80% owned by Belgium’s Katoen Natie (KN), and Montecon is still simmering. TCP has written to the government, complaining that “irregularities” unfairly favour Montecon, and demanding an investigation by the National Ports Administration (ANP), which has a 20% stake in TCP.
