A recent study indicates gross berth productivity is improving, but are lines willing to pay for speed?

The Journal of Commerce (JOC) recently released the consolidated results of its Port Productivity Data for 2013. This is the second year JOC has compiled this data set and it found that, while there are large variations across the industry, “strong performing terminals in 2012 got even better in 2013”.
