The path to automated terminals

Terminal operators in LA and Long Beach face challenges in meeting the 2030 zero-emissions goal, with slow progress on replacing diesel-powered equipment.

TraPac Oakland terminal debuts its first hybrid electric Rubber Tyred Gantry cranes (RTGs).

Two Port of Long Beach companies will receive US$43.9 million, while the Port of New Orleans secured US$7.1 million for reducing truck emissions.
