ICTSI to take legal action against BSP
Manila-headquartered terminal operating company International Container Terminal Services Inc (ICTSI) is to seek judicial arbitration over what it describes as an “extremely adversarial approach” from the new management at Batumi Sea Port (BSP) over its container, ferry and general cargo operations at the Georgian port.
