China Shipping buying into APMT Zeebrugge

China Shipping Terminal Development Co has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with APM Terminals (APMT), stating the intention of purchasing a 24% share of APMT’s Zeebrugge terminal. The transaction is scheduled to be finalised by the end of June.
