ICTSI acquires stake in Pakistan terminal

Philippines-based port operator International Container Terminal Services Inc (ICTSI) has acquired a 35% stake in Pakistan International Container Terminal (PICT) from Premier Mercantile Services (PVT) Ltd for US$60M.
