Two new terminals for Dar es Salaam?

Tanzania Ports Authority (TPA) has announced that it plans to commission two new container terminals at the port of Dar es Salaam rather than just one. The existing terminal is operated by Tanzania International Container Terminal Services (TICTS), which is owned by Hutchison Port Holdings (70%) and Harbours Investment Ltd of Tanzania (30%) and handled 460,000 TEU last year, in excess of its design capacity.
