New port in Luanda
The government of Angola is pushing ahead with plans for a new port on the outskirts of the capital city, Luanda. The existing port of Luanda is in the process of being modernised and expanded, but the government believes that a new port will be required to serve what is one of Africa’s fastest growing economies.
