PSA misses Flushing deadline

It looks as though PSA in Belgium (formerly PSA-HesseNoordNatie or PSA-HNN) has pulled out of the 2M TEU/year deepwater Westerschelde Container Terminal (WCT) project in Vlissingen (Flushing). A local newspaper, Zeeland Provincial Courant, has revealed that PSA failed to meet the May 1 deadline set for submissions by the port authority, Zeeland Seaports (ZP).
