Itochu eyes Vietnam

Japan’s Itochu Corp has submitted a proposal to Vietnam’s Transport Ministry to build a US$165M deepwater container port at Haiphong in a joint venture with state-owned Vietnam Shipbuilding Industry Group (Vinashin).
