Second Lázaro Cárdenas terminal up for grabs

The Mexican Ministry of Transport and Communications will invite bids for the construction and operation of a second container terminal at The Port of Lázaro Cárdenas before the end of this year. The tender was originally scheduled to be launched last month and the concession awarded in February 2010, but the process has been delayed in light of the global financial crisis, a Ministry official said.
