Busan Port Authority (BPA)’s bid to buy three berths at Busan New Port from Pusan Newport Co (PNC) has been bogged down in protracted talks.

PNC is said to be driving a hard bargain as it seeks to recoup losses and repay loans that could total US$563M this year.
