HPH lobbies for PB3T

New South Wales Ports and Infrastructure Minister Joe Tripodi has revealed at a budget estimates hearing that he has been directly lobbied by Hutchison Port Holdings (HPH) in its attempt to secure the licence to operate the third Port Botany container terminal.
