CMHI in Vietnam joint venture

In its first foray outside China, Hong Kong-listed port operator China Merchants Holdings International (CMHI) has formed a US$60M joint venture with state-owned Vietnam National Shipping Lines (Vinalines) to build a container terminal in Vietnam.
