Dunkirk faces lo-lo challenge

NFTIou, the common user container terminal in the Port of Dunkirk, has been hit by Maersk’s decision to stop direct calls with its AE10 (Europe-Far East) and WAF6 (Europe-West Africa) services. With effect from March, the carrier will call at NFTIou, which is majority-controlled (61%) by its affiliate APM Terminals (APMT), with feeder vessels only.
