Three Osaka Bay ports to merge

The Japanese government is going ahead with plans to merge the central ports of Osaka, Kobe and Amagasaki-Nishinomiya-Ashiya into a superport to be known as Hanshin Port (see WorldCargo News August 2006, p7).
