NewsOi Container Terminal starts handling cargo with a hydrogen-fuelled RTG crane as part of a wider decarbonisation strategy for Tokyo Port.
The Japanese government is going ahead with plans to merge the central ports of Osaka, Kobe and Amagasaki-Nishinomiya-Ashiya into a superport to be known as Hanshin Port (see WorldCargo News August 2006, p7).
