First hurdle overcome for Melbourne CDP

Victorian Planning Minister Justin Madden has granted conditional approval for the Port of Melbourne Corporation (PoMC)’s longawaited A$763M channel deepening project (CDP), but will require an additional A$6.3M of environmental protection and monitoring and the posting of a so far undefined performance bond by the corporation and its contractors.
