Vietnam adds port

Vietnam’s state-run giants PetroVietnam and Vietnam National Shipping Lines (Vinalines) have formed a joint venture to develop a new port complex in Ba Ria-Vung Tau province in southern Vietnam at an estimated cost of US$637M.
