Dunkirk as UK main port?

As a step towards realising a longheld vision, Dunkirk port authority (PAD) and Eurotunnel have signed an agreement aimed at developing rail transport, via the Channel tunnel, of British deepsea o/d container traffic shipped over the port’s NFTIou container terminal, which is now operated by APM Terminals (APMT).
