Subic Bay International Terminal Corp (SBITC), an ICTSI daughter company, has made an initial offer to Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) as part of a “Swiss-style” comparative bidding process for the right to manage and operate New Container Terminal 1 (NCT-1) at Subic Freeport. The concession period is 25 years.
