Humen port upgrade

The Chinese city of Dongguan has announced a US$2.34B investment package over the next 15 years, of which 95% will be spent on expanding port infrastructure, especially that at Humen in the Pearl River Delta. This latter facility will integrate commerce, transport, logistics and manufacturing activities.
