The Port of Aarhus is confident that its lease agreement with MSC’s Terminal Investment Limited will proceed as planned, despite ongoing legal action from APM Terminals.

The Port of Valencia has resumed operations at CSP, MSCT, and APM terminals after severe flooding temporarily halted activity across eastern Spain.

In July 2024, APM Terminals Maasvlakte II achieved a record 153,116 container movements in a month, with berth performance peaking at an average of 157.8 PMPH.

APM Terminals has turned to the court for clarity on the Port of Aarhus’s lease award to MSC, claiming the process was faulty and not transparent.
