New port for the western Crimea?

During the recent CIS summit in the Russian regional centre of Kazan, Ukrainian president Viktor Yushchenko proposed a joint project to build a new international sea transport and industrial centre at Donuzlav Harbour in the western Crimea. His Foreign Minister Borys Tarasyuk claims that the landlocked CIS countries in Central Asia have expressed considerable interest in the scheme.
