Plans for a major transhipment hub at Van Phong in Vietnam’s Khanh Hoa province have been submitted by the Ministry of Transport for Prime Ministerial approval. The plan includes no less than 12,590m of quay for 42 berths with a total annual capacity of 17 mill TEU.
