Associated British Ports (ABP) has announced its largest ever investment in a terminal development – a new coal facility at Immingham to serve the UK’s electricity supply industry. At £44.5 mill, it will cost about the same as ABP had to write off when its Dibden Bay container terminal plan was rejected.
