West coast terminals invest to meet Asian growth

Five mooted projects at the Port of Vancouver, BC could increase its capacity to around 5.3 mill TEU/year. The port handled a record 1.54 mill TEU last year (up by six per cent). The latest forecast is that throughput will reach 4 mill TEU/year by 2020.
