ICTSI cleared for Visayas Container Terminal development

The Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) wants to integrate 21 more ports comprising 16 sea links into the nationwide ro-ro terminal system (RRTS), despite doubts about the commercial viability of some routes and allegations that PPA is bungling the project.
