Kuwait port bids

Bids for contracts to manage the twin ports of Shuaiba and Shuwaikh were due to be submitted last month to Kuwait Ports Authority (KPA), which announced plans to upgrade both ports to cater for Iraqi trade earlier this year (see WorldCargo News May 2003, p5).
