Filipino-owned International Container Terminal Services, Inc (ICTSI) is looking increasingly like the front-runner in the race for the Port of Spain concession in Trinidad. The Port Authority of Trinidad & Tobago (PATT) has bolstered that impression by neither confirming nor denying that it had selected ICTSI as its preferred partner for operating what is envisaged as a major transshipment hub for the Latin America-Caribbean region.
