IMO warns Honduras

Herman Gomez, a consultant with the International Martime Organisation (IMO), has given Honduras’ national ports authority (ENP) until July 2004 to upgrade security arrangements at its ports or face a maritime embargo, which will effectively prevent it from trading with the US.
