Suape breakthrough soon?

International Container Terminal Services Inc (ICTSI) is hoping to restore normal operations soon at its Suape terminal in Pernambuco, Brazil, even as delicate talks continue between seven local unions and ICTSI’s Brazilian unit, Tecon Suape SA (TSSA) .
