Kaohsiung threat to Hong Kong

The port of Hong Kong’s biggest competitor may turn out to be Kaohsiung in Taiwan, not the Chinese ports of Shenzhen or Shanghai, once cross-strait relations are normalised, according to Prof Kevin Cullinane, head of Polytechnic University’s shipping and transport logistics department.
